Mixed ability is a level 2 class, it is suitable for those who are practicing yoga for 2 years or more.
The class is 90 minutes in length, we practice poses we already know, working on variations to build stability. Learning new poses but always working on the basics to progress to the more advanced poses.
Both Salamba Sirsasana (head stand) and Salamba Sarvangasana (Should balance) inversions are practice in almost every class and also working toward other inversions.
